All About Beauty Academy was started by Kat Ruffin, who began her career as a Permanent Makeup Artist in the DFW area in 2017. In 2018, Kat went to cosmetology school to receive her license as a Texas Eyelash Extension Specialist. In 2019, she obtained her license as an Esthetician, and as a licensed instructor in 2020, specializing in Eyelash Extensions and Esthetics. Since 2017, Kat has traveled extensively throughout the US taking additional training in the advanced practices of Permanent Makeup, Esthetics and Eyelash Extensions.
