40-Hour Laser Hair Removal Apprentice in Training Hybrid/Online

Course Overview:
Laser Hair Removal (LHR) technicians utilize advanced laser technology to effectively and safely remove unwanted body hair. As one of the most popular cosmetic treatments in the United States. LHR employs pulses of light to eliminate hair follicles. This technique can be applied to nearly any area of the body, with common treatment spots including the legs, back, face, neck, underarms, and bikini region.

The 40-Hour Laser Hair Removal Apprentice-in-Training Hybrid certification course combines theoretical learning with practical application, offering both an extensive online curriculum and in-person, hands-on training. This comprehensive approach equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive as laser hair removal technicians.

• Self-paced online lectures delivered by leading professionals in the field.
• In-person lectures and hands-on training conducted at our training facility.
• Access to online materials, including forms, documents, and agreements.
• A complimentary binder containing printed course materials for personal use.
• Chapter assessments to evaluate understanding of key concepts.
• A presentation on medical spa operations, including strategies for establishing a successful LHR practice.
• Certification as a Laser Safety Officer (LSO).
• CPR certification upon completion.
• Certification of completion for the 40-Hour Laser Hair Removal Apprentice-in-Training from All About Beauty Academy.
• Final online exam to qualify for state licensure in laser hair removal according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) guidelines.

In-Person Lecture & Hands-On Training:

• Students are encouraged to ask questions and review materials to enhance their understanding.
• Hands-on training will take place alongside lectures.
• Participants will receive a binder containing all printed course materials to take home.
• A completion certificate will be awarded at the conclusion of the class.

Class Schedule:

• Day 1:
  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Lecture
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch
  • 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Hands-on Practice
• Day 2:
  • 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Lecture
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch
  • 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Hands on and Exam

• Payment Options:
  • Full tuition fee can be paid at time of registration; or
  • Pay a $200 non-refundable deposit and call the school to set-up an interest free payment plan. Full payment must be made prior to access being given to online materials and classroom teaching. 
• Refund Policy: All hybrid courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once access is granted.
• Rescheduling: Changes to hands-on class schedules must be communicated via email at least five business days in advance, or a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
